Bill Mulder: so much can and has been written about his life. I knew Bill as a college football teammate at Central College, linebacker, competitor and ferocious adversary.

Bill and I were totally different throughout our college career – but one thing we had in common was thriving on competition, whether on the practice field or in a game we didn’t like to lose.

Without knowing, Bill, helped to build this competitive edge in me and was a big motivator for me in the weight room. He passed without me being able to tell him in person the impact he had on me, but he knows in Heaven. I am thankful our paths crossed and we were able to share good and bad times on the football field.
