Carry the Load with
Heroes on the Water Lowcountry SC Chapter spends our time focused on providing wellness and community for our veterans, first responders and their families. It is a privilege to provide service to those who protect our families, our freedoms and our country.
Unfortunately, many or our heroes paid the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our way of life. Heroes on the Water Lowcountry SC Chapter chooses to partner with Carry the Load to honor our nation's heroes during "Memorial May" and every Day.
Carry The Load is a non-profit dedicated to providing active ways to honor and celebrate our nation's heroes by connecting Americans to the sacrifices made by military, veterans, first responders and their families.
I plan to participate in the "Memorial May" events. This is a great way to remember, honor, and celebrate our nation's heroes. This year I am carrying my uncle, SFC Edward Ray Dodge, U.S. Army who was listed as Missing in Action. Uncle Eddie was on a special forces mission in Viet Nam on December 31, 1964 when his plane and those on board disappeared without a trace. Please join me in honoring Uncle Eddie and all of our Fallen Heroes. Together, we can make a difference.
