Thank you for considering a contribution to this Carry the Load event!  Although I was never in combat, I spent 6 years serving in the military, and as a US Navy veteran, I have a tremendous respect for veterans and active service members and the challenges they face.  I've also worked on many projects at work for Disaster Recovery and have the utmost respect for all first responders.  

My goal is to raise $500 to support and honor these heroes.

Carry The Load is a non-profit dedicated to providing active ways to honor and celebrate our nation's heroes by connecting Americans to the sacrifices made by military, veterans, first responders and their families.

I plan to participate in the Memorial May events to remember, honor, and celebrate our nation's heroes by participating in the event and fundraising. Together, we can make a difference.
